Join us! Job Summary and Qualifications The Wound care Nurse is responsible for provision of identified wound care assessments, education , and treatment of all patients deemed appropriate. This includes collection of wound care specific PI data and involvement in wound care related projects and programs as deemed necessary. The Wound care Nurse is responsible for implementing and monitoring programs and services related to wound care.
