Quick Facts Location: 1900 South Main Street, Findlay, OH 45840 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Week on/week off (flexible) Hours/Week: 40 hours (flexible schedule options) Shift: Outpatient clinic hours (specific shifts flexible) License/Certifications: MD or DO, Ohio medical license preferred Experience: Prior outpatient Rheumatology experience preferred Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (note: pay details provided; actual offer will reflect the competitive package outlined) Pay & Benefits Compensation: Base salary of $300,000/year for standard 40-hour weeks, with potential total compensation up to $500,000/year through productivity bonuses Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 Loan Repayment: Options available during or after training Additional Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match (starting after year two) Full paid time off including vacation, holidays, and CME (248 hours) CME and board certification support ($5,000 annually) Paid sick time accrual up to 600 hours Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Paid travel and licensure reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit What You’ll Do Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the state-of-the-art Wellness Park facility Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical and surgical colleagues Manage your own patient mix and select age groups Participate in weekly on-site CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs Use Cerner EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings Engage in optional teaching responsibilities for medical students and APP trainees Contribute to practice development and quality improvement initiatives Enjoy full practice autonomy and influence practice operations Benefit from 24/7 hospitalist support for inpatient needs What You Need Required: MD or DO degree Ohio medical license or eligible to obtain Proven outpatient clinical experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Prior experience in rheumatology Interest in teaching or academic involvement About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Findlay, Ohio, renowned for its innovative outpatient care, supportive environment, and focus on provider well-being.
