Recommend and implement maintenance program improvements. Interface with plant personnel to minimize production impact during projects or maintenance. Support the Production Team with manufacturing and assist in covering personnel gaps during vacations or illnesses. Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent required. 5 years of industrial plant maintenance experience desired. Ability to understand and comply with established Quality System and report any quality deficiencies. Ability to understand and comply with all safety regulations and guidelines. Possess a full range of motion; ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time. Strong communication skills in English and ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations. Capable of approximately 50% travel. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within a production plant environment. Experience in maintaining and repairing pumps, vacuums, valves, piping, and compressors; cryogenic liquid pump experience preferred. Experience using a wide variety of tools and maintenance and repair equipment. Proficient in computer skills including Intelex, MS Word, MS Excel, and Google applications. Preferred Skills: PLC troubleshooting experience.
