Obtain equipment needing repair or maintenance Perform maintenance on all equipment Performing facility general maintenance and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery Perform maintenance on vehicles and heavy equipment Perform preventive maintenance of buildings and grounds Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment Inspecting and performing maintenance on equipment Support the overall facility maintenance as needed including general building and general grounds maintenance Perform general maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment Perform preventative maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on buildings and equipment Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on building and grounds Perform general building cleaning and maintenance Assist with general maintenance work Perform preventive maintenance for buildings Determine necessary maintenance and repairs Complete preventative maintenance checklist and other maintenance records Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance Qualifications: • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. • Experience: o Previous experience in painting, cleaning, or pressure washing is preferred. o Experience working in an industrial or commercial facility is a plus. • Skills and Abilities: o Ability to operate basic hand tools, cleaning equipment, and pressure washers. o Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. o Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. o Basic understanding of safety procedures and the ability to follow safety guidelines.
