ABOUT THIS ROLE The Director of Talent Development leads an integrated talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Learning & Development. This role helps ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles at the right time by building strong hiring, onboarding, learning, and leadership development systems. The Director partners with executive leadership and department leaders to support organizational growth, employee development, and long-term workforce stability. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with executive leadership to forecast talent needs and support workforce planning. Lead recruitment strategy and support equitable, compliant hiring practices. Oversee onboarding, learning, leadership development, and employee training programs. Build career pathways, leadership pipelines, and succession planning frameworks.
