LVN - New Graduate Nurse
Salary: $30-40 /hr The Novice Nurse Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse ( Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or contracted services Demonstrates on each assignment the provision of skilled nursing care rendered in accordance with prescribed orders Identifies and documents changes in patient’s both physiologic and psychosocial condition Notifies Director/Supervisor if applicable on the following; o Physician notification to obtain necessary orders for intervention(s) per state regulations o Changes in patient/client condition Adheres to Maxim's policies and procedures and applicable protocols Identifies and prioritizes actions based upon patient/client care requirements Assures patient safety at all times and recipient of services provided Verifies that documentation reflects patient/client collaboration, participation in plan of care, expected patient/client outcomes, and selected nursing interventions Performs interventions, treatments, and medication administration, according to identified priorities, plan of care, facility policies and patient/client care outcome standards as applicable.
