Sponsorship & Private Events Director (Brooklyn)

About Saunter The way we gather is broken. Modern culture trades presence for digital sedation, and nightlife makes good health the price of admission. We’re building the successor to the bar—a new kind of third space, designed from first principles for how people want to gather today. Our first location opens in Williamsburg in early 2027, and the model is built to scale nationally. We’re artists and serial entrepreneurs—builders of creative and nightlife communities, consumer brands, and technology companies. We’ve spent our careers pushing culture forward, and this is our biggest swing yet. We’re backed by founders of some of the most influential technology companies of the past two decades, alongside one of the most followed voices in health. From first dawn to last call, a quick reset or a whole afternoon, our mission is to make room for warmer ways to gather. The Role You’ll sell the room. This is the founding commercial seat inside our first location, and you’ll hold it from before the doors open. Private events and brand sponsorships are yours—two revenue lines you’ll build from zero, own from first prospect through final payment and renewal, and grow. Saunter is a highly designed, all-day social venue combining high-touch hospitality, food and beverage, and live programming, with a space built for everything from an intimate corporate offsite to a full buyout. The room already has a history as a sought-after event venue. Your job is to turn that potential into a meaningful, repeatable revenue line. Weekend nights will create their own energy. The harder—and more valuable—job is filling weekday daytime with corporate gatherings, offsites, and celebrations, and structuring brand partnerships that add to the guest experience rather than interrupt it. You’ll start selling before the venue exists, from renders and hard-hat walkthroughs, so we open with a book of business already signed. You’ll report to our operating partner and work directly with the CEO, GM, and founding team on how partnerships show up in the room. You’ll own the sale, the commercial relationship, and the economics; the venue team will own four-wall execution. Because everything here is being built for the first time, the pricing, playbook, and standards for what a Saunter partnership means will carry your fingerprints for years as we expand. This is a full-time, in-building role. Pre-opening will be heavily outbound. Once we’re open, you’ll maintain the senior client relationship around major events, including some evenings and weekends, while the venue team leads execution. Over time, your job is to build a repeatable commercial engine—not a business that depends on one person’s relationships and heroics. What You’ll Do Pre-sell the venue. Build a qualified pipeline and close signed contracts with deposits before opening day, selling the vision from renders, walkthroughs, and the strength of your own credibility. Build the book. Develop and activate relationships across corporate event planners, experiential agencies, executive assistants, people and culture leaders, and brand partnership teams. Personally own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting through collection and renewal. Own the number. Deliver at least $250,000 in private-event revenue and $100,000 in cash sponsorship revenue during the first 12 operating months. Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast, and collections process so leadership always knows where the number stands. Fill the quiet hours. Direct your energy where capacity is most perishable: weekday daytime and early evenings. Every empty Tuesday afternoon is revenue that never comes back. Build brand partnerships. Structure integrations, activations, supported series, and product placements that guests are glad exist. We don’t sell logo wallpaper, and every deal passes brand review. Sell the tentpoles. Pursue marquee buyouts and calendar moments capable of materially outperforming the base plan. Protect the room. Price every deal against contribution margin, operating cost, payment risk, and what the space would earn on its own. Create clean handoffs and stay accountable for the client relationship without becoming the event producer. Create the playbook. Codify the pricing tiers, collateral, contracts, pipeline process, partnership standards, and account-development practices that allow the first venue to excel and future Saunter locations to sell from day one. Who You Are You are a closer with a real book of New York buyers—corporate event planners, brand and agency partnership leads, and other decision-makers—you can begin activating immediately. You know the first calls you would make. You have sold physical space or another capacity-constrained hospitality or event product. You understand buyout math, minimums, displacement, event contracts, and clean operational handoffs. Your revenue was yours. You can walk us through what you sold, from what to what, what the business kept, and exactly which part was yours. Your references will say the same. You have sold something before it existed, or into hours nobody wanted—and you liked it. You run the full cycle yourself. You don’t wait for inbound, and you don’t hand the hard parts to someone else. You are rigorous with numbers. You understand how pricing, margin, capacity, payment terms, cancellation exposure, and collections determine whether a deal is genuinely valuable. You work inside a strong brand without flattening it. You understand that the fastest way to devalue a great room is to sell it cheap—or to the wrong partner. You lead with warmth and directness, and you’re genuinely interested in the people, brands, and ideas that make a partnership feel alive rather than transactional. Experience selling for independent venues, lifestyle hotels, private clubs, cultural spaces, experiential agencies, or event-led hospitality in New York is a plus. Pre-opening sales experience is strongly preferred. What We Offer Base salary of $95,000–$120,000, depending on experience This is a commission-eligible role. Your incentive plan is tied to the sponsorship and private-event revenue you close and collect, with accelerators above target and no cap on upside At target, total annual earnings of approximately $150,000 Comprehensive health benefits and paid time off A founding commercial seat with real influence over how partnerships and private events shape Saunter’s first venue The opportunity to help build a new national hospitality category from its first location How to Apply Tell us who you are and why Saunter. Send a short note and your resume to [email protected]. We read every one. Saunter is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of every background and meet people where they are.

President of Digital Marketing (Franklin)

PRESIDENT OF DIGITAL MARKETING Partner-track leadership role across Brickstone Partners and Brickstone Xchange LOCATION: On-site at Brickstone Partners Headquarters, Franklin, Tennessee REPORTS TO: Founder / Managing Partner TYPE: Full-time executive, partnership-eligible COMPENSATION: Competitive base plus performance-based bonus and ownership participation in both platforms ABOUT BRICKSTONE PARTNERS Brickstone Partners is a high-performance commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee. We acquire, develop, reposition, and operate commercial assets with an owner's mindset and an uncompromising standard for execution. We are institutional in size and scale, but we do not operate like an institution. Our culture is highly entrepreneurial, built around a tight C-suite that executes with precision. Think of it as a special-operations model for commercial real estate: a small, elite leadership team that identifies, targets, and executes opportunities in real time, with no layers between decision and action. Every leader here owns outcomes, not tasks, and is expected to move at the speed of the market. We are now building Brickstone Xchange, a fully digital capital-raising platform that releases our commercial real estate deals directly to the marketplace. Through Xchange, both individual investors and ultra-high-net-worth investors can review, evaluate, and invest in Brickstone deals online, without intermediaries. It is the next chapter of the firm, and we are looking for the person who will help build it. THE OPPORTUNITY This is not a marketing department job. It is a seat at the C-suite table for an entrepreneurial operator who wants to build two things at once: the complete digital presence and marketing engine for a growing commercial real estate portfolio, and the go-to-market, brand, investor acquisition, and growth strategy for a brand-new online investment platform. The President of Digital Marketing will own everything digital at Brickstone, from the first impression a prospective tenant or investor has of us online to the moment an investor funds a deal through Xchange. You will set the vision, build the systems and the team, and be measured on results. In return, you will earn partnership in both platforms with compensation and ownership tied directly to the performance you drive. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Brickstone Partners: Digital Presence & Asset Marketing • Digital strategy & brand. Define and lead the firm's overall digital strategy, brand identity, and online presence, including the corporate website, asset microsites, and the firm's reputation across every digital venue. • Asset marketing. Build and run marketing for every asset in the portfolio: positioning, creative, listing content, and campaigns that drive leasing velocity, occupancy, and asset value. • ILS & listing channels. Own Brickstone's presence and performance on internet listing services (CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and others), broker-facing channels, and all other venues where our assets are marketed; manage vendor relationships, data quality, and ROI by channel. • Social media & content. Create and run the firm's social media and content program (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms) to build the Brickstone brand with tenants, brokers, capital partners, and the investment community. • Performance marketing. Own paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, email, and marketing automation, with clear attribution and cost-per-outcome reporting. • Data & analytics. Stand up the analytics stack (web, CRM, campaign, and listing data) so every marketing dollar and every lead is visible and accountable. Brickstone Xchange: Building the Platform • Platform strategy. Partner with the Founder to shape the Xchange product, investor experience, and go-to-market plan from the ground up, translating the firm's deal flow into a compelling, trustworthy online offering. • Investor acquisition. Design and execute the acquisition funnel for both individual investors and UHNW investors: awareness, education, onboarding, accreditation, first investment, and repeat participation. • Brand & deal launches. Develop the Xchange brand, messaging, deal-release playbook, and content (offering pages, deal videos, webinars, investor updates) that make complex commercial real estate deals clear and investable online. • Investor growth & retention. Build investor relationship marketing: nurture sequences, community, events, and referral programs that grow assets raised per deal and lifetime value per investor. • Compliance-aligned marketing. Work with counsel and compliance to ensure all investor-facing marketing, advertising, and communications meet securities regulations and platform requirements. • Growth metrics. Own the KPI dashboard for Xchange growth: investor sign-ups, accredited conversion, capital raised per launch, time-to-fund, cost of capital acquired, and investor retention. Leadership • Team & partners. Build, lead, and develop the digital marketing team, along with agencies, freelancers, and technology partners, with a bias toward lean teams and high output. • Budget & ROI. Set and manage the digital marketing budget across both platforms with disciplined, ROI-driven allocation. • C-suite execution. Operate as a full member of Brickstone's C-suite, working shoulder to shoulder with the Founder and executive team on firm strategy, deal targeting, launch timing, and investor capital strategy, in real time as opportunities surface. WHO YOU ARE • An entrepreneur at heart. You have built something from zero, whether a business, a product, a channel, or a function, and you are energized by ambiguity and ownership. • A proven digital marketing leader with 8 years of progressive experience and several years leading a team or function, ideally in commercial real estate, real estate investment, fintech, or an online investment or marketplace platform. • Fluent across the full digital stack: brand, content, social, SEO/SEM, paid media, marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and web. You can set strategy and you can get hands-on when it counts. • Familiar with how commercial real estate is marketed and leased, including ILS platforms and broker channels, or able to get there fast. • Experienced, or deeply interested, in investor marketing, capital raising, or regulated financial products, with an instinct for building trust with sophisticated audiences. • A builder of systems and funnels who thinks in metrics: CAC, conversion, LTV, capital raised, cost per lead, and cost per dollar raised. • A strong storyteller who can turn a complex deal into a clear, compelling narrative in any format. • Built for a special-operations culture: decisive under pressure, able to target an opportunity and execute in real time, and at your best on a tight, elite team where performance is measured and rewarded. • Institutional-grade in your standards and polish, entrepreneurial in your speed. You can present to UHNW investors in the morning and ship a campaign in the afternoon. • Committed to being on-site at our Franklin, Tennessee headquarters and working side by side with the Founder and the deal team. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • First 90 days: Brickstone's digital presence, brand, and content program are fully built and operating at a level that matches the quality of our assets. • First 6 months: Every portfolio asset has a live, measurable marketing program across ILS, web, social, and paid channels, with attribution in place. • First 12 months: Brickstone Xchange has launched with a clear brand, an investor acquisition engine, and its first deals successfully funded online. • Beyond: Xchange is a scaled, repeatable capital-raising platform with a growing base of individual and UHNW investors, and Brickstone's marketing is a recognized competitive advantage. COMPENSATION & PARTNERSHIP This role is designed for someone who wants to be an owner, not an employee. The package includes a competitive base salary, a performance-based bonus tied to clearly defined marketing and capital-raising outcomes, and partnership participation in both Brickstone Partners' marketing platform and Brickstone Xchange. Ownership vests and grows with performance, so the upside is directly aligned with the value you create for the firm and its investors. Full details will be shared with finalist candidates.
