Mechanical Designer Drafter - Water Wastewater Industry

Location: Golden, CO General Description: The primary role includes hands on drafting support (3D) and coordinating with Project Engineers on task due dates, priorities and level of drawing package detail needed on a particular project. Key areas of accountability include accurate drawing output in accordance with industry and Parkson specific standards, checking, drafting task management, and managing scheduled due dates, as well as generation of Bill of Materials and related engineering documents, review of product specifications and other project related engineering data. Essential Functions: Prepare detail drawings using CAD based on standards, sketches, and notes to support sales, engineering, and fabrication/manufacturing purposes. Ensure drafting style consistency between drawings as per ANSI drafting standards and Parkson specific standards. Organization and creation of Submittal Packages, Fabrication Documentation Packages, Bill of Materials with ERP Entry, Release and Management, and Installation Manual Creation. Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE)

MBSE Systems Engineer Contract 40 hours weekly 6 months This position pays between $75 to $90 per hour Role can be Hybrid, TBD The Systems Engineer should have experience architecting systems, working across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, and in Digital Engineering/Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) achieving architectural integrity and traceability through requirements analysis, system and software development and production system deployment. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading domain experts in sensors development and cyber security and will incorporate MBSE tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Systems Engineering techniques, Modeling and Simulation, and Digital Engineering/MBSE and be excited about opportunities to mentor more junior staff and help foster growth of subject matter expertise across the organization.
