Oversee teammate onboarding process including audit of pre-employment paperwork (I-9’s, E-verify, drug screens) as well as entry of all documentation for new employee setup into payroll system (HRIS). Assist branches with all areas of human resource functions. Provide recruitment support including position requisition process and Applicant Tracking System support. Respond to questions from all levels of employees regarding company policy. Follow-up on issues to resolve specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. Assist with communication/distribution of all pertinent HR information to US Southeast and Southcentral branches. Assist with external and internal audits on HR/payroll data to assure data integrity. Perform specific research/investigation into HR best practices as assigned. Support wellness initiatives and other employee awareness/communications activities. Assist with workers compensation reporting and case management and unemployment cases. Assist with benefit administration. Assist with employee relations and the planning of special projects and events. Perform other related duties as required by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. At a minimum, Associate’s degree in related field of study and 3 years’ Human Resources experience. Preferred Qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with Multi-location/multi-state employer Must be self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.
