Position Summary Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, and sustainability. Work You'll Do You will be a key member serving client M&A deal teams through gathering, analyzing, validating, and normalizing transactional, commercial, and operational data (e.g., product-level sales, claims data, rebate and chargeback data, inventory, pipeline, and customer/channel data) to develop and test hypotheses for a given M&A deal. You will work as part of cross-functional teams providing financial, accounting, operational and commercial due diligence, bringing your skills to the M&A deal to manage and analyze the data in regulated life sciences and healthcare environments and utilize your visual analytics skills to tell a compelling story of our findings around revenue quality, pricing realization, reimbursement exposure, and operational performance. You will be using business intelligence tools and your data analytic skillset to provide meaningful insights to our clients that are crucial to their deal investment hypothesis.
