Gastroenterology Physician

This large physician medical group in Phoenix, AZ is actively seeking an experienced, board certified gastroenterologist and physician leader to serve as the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program Director. The Fellowship is a three-year, six-fellow program, with initial accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). This team practices in a 571-bed academic, Level 1 trauma, medical center and attached clinics with support from Hepatology, Liver transplant, Advanced Endoscopy Services, General Surgery, all Surgical Subspecialties, Pathology, and Radiology. Be part of an expanding team of existing Gastroenterologists with APP support within the clinic setting. RESPONSIBILITIES 75% Clinical / 25% Academic Maintain ongoing certification and compliance with ACGME requirements Be a role model of professionalism Ensure the program's compliance with institutional policies and procedures and ACGME requirements Oversee and ensure the quality of didactic and clinical education, develop and review program curricula, and monitor fellow supervision at all participating sites. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Radiologist for a Locum Tenens opportunity at our Cooperstown, NY location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong diagnostic skill set and be comfortable handling a varied caseload of CT, US, MRI, and Plain films. IR is 60% IR / 40% DX. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no call requirements. The average patient load ranges from 70-100 per day, depending on the type of mixture. Our facility utilizes EPIC for charting, McKesson PACS for imaging, and Nuance Power scribe 360 for voice recognition dictation.
