A growing, multi-state dental support organization (DSO) is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the company's financial strategy, planning, reporting, and revenue-cycle operations. The organization operates across three Pacific Coast states and supports approximately 50-100 dental locations . The ideal candidate will be based on or near the Pacific Coast and bring experience leading finance functions for a multi-location healthcare, dental, physician practice, or similarly complex service organization. About the Role The Chief Financial Officer will partner closely with the executive team and operating leaders to strengthen financial performance, improve visibility into business results, and support disciplined growth across the organization's affiliated dental practices. This leader will oversee core finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, insurance processes, collections, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
