Maintain tracking systems of contracts monthly billing and redesign as needed to ensure proper invoicing. Manage, update, and oversee maintenance and organization of all grant documents (e.g., narratives, financials, agreements, amendments, reports, and invoices) in electronic filing systems. Review and maintain monthly expenses and salary allocation reports and supporting documentation. Assist with the preparation of contract budgets and budget modifications. Assist with agency audits, contract annual audits, and oversee interim monitoring visits and document preparation as needed. Follow up with contract representatives on contract billing issues. Collaborate with the Development & Program teams in developing budgets for grant proposals and expenditure reports. Develop and maintain controls that support identifying potential issues early in the life cycle of an active award – budget variance reports, forecasts, sub-recipient monitoring and activity reports, funding availability reports, etc. Monitor contract accounts receivable and communicate with funders as necessary.
