Job Details We are a growing engineering and manufacturing company seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to support our US and international operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a collaborative team while gaining broad exposure across accounting, reporting, and process improvement. Responsibilities: Perform month-end close, prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Record and manage fixed assets, including depreciation and tracking schedules Review and post customer invoices, cash receipts, and sales commissions Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, assisting with audits as needed Support procurement with historical pricing, trend analysis, and cost tracking Assist with tax filings, including sales tax and 1099s Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy Provide backup support for other accounting team members and ad-hoc financial projects Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with ability to multitask Bilingual English/Spanish preferred On-site in Gardena, CA Interested in hearing more?
