Must meet the requirements of EM 385-1-1 and have experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance: OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR. 5. Minimum Qualifications / Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the relevant state Bar. Minimum of 7 years of post-bar experience practicing family law — with a substantial portion of that time devoted to matrimonial, divorce, and family-law litigation. Proven trial experience in contested divorce or family law matters (must have handled at least one divorce trial from start to finish). Strong ability to manage a heavy caseload (30–40 matters) while maintaining high standards of client service and legal acumen.
