Description Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Surgery team in Texarkana, TX. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient care, outpatient clinic responsibilities, and first assist duties in the operating room. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing pre- and post-operative care, seeing patients independently in clinic, and supporting the surgical team in the OR. This position requires flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed to support patient care and surgical schedules.
