In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, using high-quality materials and advanced woodworking techniques to create and install custom millwork. Under the supervision of senior team members, you will develop hands-on skills in woodworking, precision cutting, and assembling millwork components. Candidates must be 18 years of age and demonstrate basic knowledge of woodworking tools, including hand tools, power drills, sanders, and nail guns. At least one year of experience in construction, carpentry, or millwork is preferred. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with senior team members to support all stages of the installation process. Assist in the preparation and installation of various millwork components such as cabinetry, moldings, trim, and architectural woodwork. Ensure materials being installed are correct, properly prepared, and free from defects. Ensure machinery and tools are regularly maintained, calibrated, and safe to use. Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy. Interpret drawings, specifications, and plans. Lift, carry, and position materials up to 50 pounds.
