There is a 12-hour rounding day shift (7 am - 7 pm) and an admitting ?swing? shift (1 pm - 10 pm), and candidates must be willing to accept assignment to either shift. There are no required overnight shifts. Average rounding load of 16-18, with 2-7 admissions on the admitting swing shift. Staff 2 nearby hospitals, but only assigned to one for the week.
