Job Title: Family / Internal / Geriatric Medicine Physician Location: Olivia / Wabasso / Franklin, MN Shift: Full-time position Pay: $175 - $250 per hour Summary: We are looking for a Physician to serve patients in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Transitional Care Units (TCUs) across Olivia, Wabasso, and Franklin, MN . This position requires the provider to float between these locations to offer exceptional care to residents in post-acute and long-term care settings. Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing medical evaluations. Create and manage personalized treatment plans based on patient health needs.
