As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for Production Assembly Associates to work in teams. A Production Assembly Associate, under the Team Lead, handles receiving, storing, shipping, picking and packing items, assembling product, and operating machinery. Key responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. You will plan assembly procedures by following specifications of order. You will use hand tools or small machinery, drills, taps, bolts, screws or rivets to assemble products for customers. You will test or assist to test operation of completed product to ensure products are up to standard. You will lift work pieces manually, or use a hoist, and secure work pieces in a fixture. You will inspect and measure product to verify conformance to specifications. You will contribute to a positive work environment, provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, and maintain a high level of integrity and work ethic. Other duties may be assigned accordingly. Skills and Qualifications: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, along with at least one year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Demonstrated positive work ethic. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds with or without help. As a member of the Pipp team, you can expect: Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour.
