Job Details What You’ll Do As Director of Product Management, you’ll lead a global team responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse product portfolio — from concept to commercialization to phase-out. You’ll set the strategic direction, align cross-functional teams, and champion initiatives that enhance growth, profitability, and sustainability across markets. Key responsibilities include: Defining and executing a long-term product strategy that supports company objectives and market expansion. Leading and mentoring a global team of Product Managers and Sales Support professionals. Translating customer and market insights into differentiated, high-value product offerings. Collaborating closely with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales to ensure flawless execution from development to delivery. Managing the full product lifecycle (“cradle to grave”) including new product introductions, pricing, positioning, and performance optimization. Embedding sustainability and circularity principles into all product development and lifecycle decisions. Representing Product Management across the organization and externally, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and brand vision. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. 10 years of progressive product management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment. Proven track record leading cross-functional global teams and delivering innovative, profitable products. Strong commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex customer needs into strategic product solutions. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
