Job Details Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support. Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs. Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers. Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery. Plan and modify products to meet customer needs. Help clients solve problems with installed equipment. Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production. Help in researching and developing new products. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. Sell technical and scientific products that are designed to address specific customer needs. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data integration and SaaS. Proficiency in Docker images and Canva. Proven track record in Pre-Sales and Solutions Engineering. Strong technical background and ability to understand complex product knowledge, specifically around Databases (Relational and non-relational, NoSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to customer problems.
