Monitor program performance, identify operational issues, and assist with corrective actions and process improvements. Interpret and apply applicable Government regulations, contract requirements, policies, and procedures. Serve as a key liaison with Government representatives, installation personnel, organizational leadership, and other stakeholders. Support the Program Manager with operational continuity and assume delegated leadership responsibilities when required. Travel internationally and domestically as necessary to support program operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nutrition, or a related field preferred; degree requirements may vary based on contract requirements. Minimum six (6) years of progressive management experience in an office, production, healthcare, public health, human services, or comparable operational environment. Minimum three (3) years of experience managing teams of comparable size and scope . Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, programs, or delivery orders involving multiple functional disciplines. Demonstrated personnel management experience, including workload prioritization and resource allocation. Strong understanding of program planning, operational execution, performance management, and process improvement.
