Train, coach, and mentor staff; monitor performance, support productivity, and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies. Manage external agencies, vendors, and third-party partners, including vendor due diligences, relationship management, and service-level oversight. Perform periodic reviews of operational activities as assigned by senior management. Work directly with internal auditors, and NCUA/CPA examiners to meet or exceed audit and examination expectations. Review, update, and periodically test the Business Continuity Plan.
