Leadership & Team Support Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Provide training and development opportunities to build team skills. Assist the Controller and serve as a liaison between accounting and other departments (claims, actuarial, compliance, IT) as indicated by the Controller. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
