Spark your curiosity and ignite your career at The Lighthouse.</p> <p>KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate for our <a href=https://advisory.kpmg.us/ target=_blank>Consulting</a> practice.</p><div style=display: inline;><h3 class=h5>Responsibilities:</h3><ul style=margin-top: 0in;><li>Design and implement scalable and robust software systems in Java, Python, and React JS while developing, testing, and deploying cutting-edge functionality within our microservice architecture.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.</li><li>Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices are followed.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code utilizing Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and other frameworks.</li><li>Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Maven.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software engineering practices.</li><li>Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to standards while developing and optimizing SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.</li><li>Deploy and manage applications in AWS or Azure cloud environments.</li><li>Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development and stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, including developing skills in GenAI and LLM.</li></ul><p style=margin-left: 0.5in;></p><h3 class=h5>Qualifications:</h3><ul style=margin-top: 0in;><li>A minimum of three years of full stack development and programming experience with proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Strong expertise in Java, Python, and React JS and proficiency with Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.</li><li>In-depth understanding of microservices architecture with a solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices with experience with GenAI and large language models (LLM).</li><li>Experience with SQL databases and c loud platforms (AWS or Azure).</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Maven, familiarity with version control systems like Git.</li><li>Ability to travel</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
