Vice President Brand Strategy (New York)

The Vice President, Strategy sets the strategic standard for brand thinking across the agency. You will lead senior client relationships, guide overarching brand direction, and develop high-performing strategy teams that drive growth and This role ensures strategy is a true driver of business impact and creative excellence. By elevating brand thinking, shaping points of view, and leading teams, you turn complexity into clarity and ambition into action. Externally, clients gain a senior partner who brings confidence and clear direction to their most important decisions. Internally, you raise the strategic bar, improving the quality of thinking and developing talent that differentiates the agency’s product. This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days in office (Tuesday – Thursday).
