Full-time. Onsite. Salary: $150,000.00-250,000.00 Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision/life insurance, LTD, STD, paid time off, and seven paid holidays The General Manager (GM) owns the outcomes of everything that happens within the four walls of a Collision Partners location specializing in luxury collision repair, from financial performance and day-to-day operations to customer experience and team development. The GM is fully accountable for growing the business, cultivating and expanding relationships with dealer and referral partners, and serving as the primary connection between the location and regional leadership. The GM does not need to personally perform every technical or administrative function, but is accountable for ensuring those functions are performed effectively and for engaging Collision Partners’ technical and support resources when specialized expertise is required. This role is for a leader who sets the tone through presence, steps in early to solve problems, exercises sound judgment, knows when to engage additional support, and brings the discretion, polish, and care our clients expect. This leader looks for ways to raise the bar, grow the business, fix what needs fixing, and has the honest conversations that keep the team and the business strong. Own the location's full P&L, including revenue, gross profit, labor efficiency, parts margins, and overhead, and achieve or exceed budgeted revenue, gross profit %, and EBITDA targets. Drive performance against the location's financial and operational targets by using weekly and monthly financial and KPI reviews (sales per RO, WIP, close ratio, CSI, AR aging, and profitability) to identify variances, understand root causes, and ensure timely corrective action without allowing any single KPI to compromise repair quality or the customer experience. Be accountable for the location's repair planning and estimating outcomes, including complete and accurate documentation, adherence to applicable OEM procedures and company standards, and the timely identification and resolution of supplements and payment issues. Set and uphold the standard for repair quality and OEM compliance, ensuring financial, carrier, cycle-time, or production pressure does not compromise required repair operations. Drive the location's revenue growth and conversion performance, ensuring effective processes for converting inquiries, appointments, and walk-ins into approved repair orders, following up on unsold opportunities, capturing appropriate revenue, and engaging estimating or technical support resources when audits, carrier disputes, or complex repair-planning issues require additional expertise. Ensure effective production planning and workflow management so repairs move efficiently, bottlenecks are addressed, promised delivery dates are met whenever possible, and vehicles are completed correctly to applicable OEM procedures and the standard a luxury clientele expects. Oversee WIP health and operational execution, ensuring aging repairs, workflow constraints, and quality issues are identified and resolved and continuous improvement is embedded in the operation. Ensure the location maintains OEM certification status for its luxury and premium-brand programs (e.g., manufacturer‑specific structural, ADAS, and aluminum repair) by partnering with Collision Partners’ technical and support resources to keep equipment calibration, tooling standards, and audit requirements current. Be accountable for the location's safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring appropriate processes and resources are in place to maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state regulations, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials (paint, solvents, refrigerants). Lead local market development and key external relationships, including luxury dealerships, OEM representatives, referral partners, and insurance carriers where appropriate, strengthening the location's reputation and driving sustainable revenue growth. Be accountable for customer satisfaction results at or above company and referral partner benchmarks and personally resolve escalated customer complaints with the utmost professionalism. Set and uphold the standard for customer communication and experience from initial inquiry through delivery, ensuring consistent communication, professional issue resolution, and online review management in alignment with brand standards. Model personal pride in how every vehicle leaves the building and how every customer is treated, continually looking for creative ways to elevate the customer experience. Translate direction from regional leadership and the support center into action at the shop level, championing it as your own and earning genuine buy-in from the team. There is no corporate and the shop, only one team building one business. Exercise sound judgment and act with urgency; resolve issues at the lowest appropriate level, know when escalation is required, and proactively engage regional, technical, and support resources rather than allowing problems to linger. Lead from the front, setting the standard through presence, punctuality, and engagement. Build and retain a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, creating accountability, developing people, and fostering a culture where employees understand both what is expected and why it matters. Address performance issues, entitlement, or bad behavior directly and promptly; treat hard conversations as a responsibility, not a choice. Ensure effective performance management and employee development across the location, including regular performance reviews, measurable goals, and coordination of I-CAR, OEM, and other development opportunities to close identified gaps, including your own. Be accountable for staffing outcomes and workforce capacity, partnering with HR and recruiting resources to attract, select, onboard, and retain qualified team members at levels appropriate to production demand. Requirements 5 years of advanced experience in collision repair, automotive service, or related operations. 2 years in a leadership role with direct P&L exposure or full P&L responsibility. Strong financial acumen, including experience interpreting shop-level P&Ls and operational KPIs. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff, using clear expectations, coaching, accountability, and appropriate technical resources to elevate team performance and quality. Working knowledge of industry estimating platforms (CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex) and shop management systems sufficient to effectively lead and evaluate the functions that use them. Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations governing collision repair operations. Strong professional communication, judgment, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work in a collision-repair environment, including extended periods of standing and occasional bending, kneeling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs., as required. Ability to safely operate company and customer vehicles as required. Ability to work in an environment with exposure to paint, solvents, noise, and shop conditions. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, if applicable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred I-CAR Platinum certification, ASE certification, OEM certification experience, or equivalent demonstrated collision-repair technical competency. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, automotive management, or a related field. Experience operating within OEM-certified repair programs (e.g., structural, aluminum, ADAS calibration). Experience in a multi-shop operator (MSO) environment. J-18808-Ljbffr
