US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication. The goal: one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. Connection without walls. We're getting there by empowering customers. All three major networks on one phone and one plan, plus home internet from Starlink. No lock-in. No commitments. Custom fit plans at every price point. 24/7 customer support with real people, empowered to help. We get real-time feedback from Reddit, surveys, and customer support informing product roadmaps and everything we do. It's working — we're The Wirecutter's favorite cellular carrier, and Consumer Reports has named us the top-rated mobile carrier two years in a row.* And we're building innovative systems that scale. Lead architecture and execution — drive the architecture, development, deployment, and scaling of our technology platform, and stay hands-on with code reviews, technical design, and critical engineering problems. Own infrastructure and reliability — oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, observability, and production reliability, and proactively identify and address technical risk. Build and lead the organization — hire, mentor, and retain exceptional engineering talent, including the Lead Backend and Lead Frontend Engineers and the teams they build. Set the bar — establish engineering standards, development processes, and a culture of ownership, speed, experimentation, and excellence. Measure what matters — establish metrics and processes for engineering productivity, system reliability, and product quality. Evaluate what's next — assess new technologies, frameworks, and AI capabilities, and determine where they create meaningful business value. Partner at the executive level — work with the CEO, leaders across Product, Data, Growth, Finance, and Strategy to translate company objectives into technical strategy, and represent our technical vision to customers, partners, and investors when needed. Who You'll Partner With: CEO & Executive Leadership — shape company-wide strategy and represent engineering at the leadership table Product — align technical roadmap with customer-facing priorities and feature delivery Data — ensure the platform surfaces the data needed to inform decisions across the business Growth — support experimentation and scalable systems behind acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives Finance — inform budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions with technical cost and capacity realities.
