General Purpose of Job: The Account Manager, Sourcing Solutions, will partner with cross-functional teams to grow and retain business. This role includes serving as the main client contact (internal and/or external clients), delivering print marketing solutions, supporting pitches, managing supplier partnerships, and driving a smooth, end-to-end sourcing and order-execution process. Key Responsibilities: Build and grow Quad’s Sourcing Solutions offering by partnering closely with clients and cross-functional teams. Provide clients with innovative ideas, materials expertise, and creative solutions to support their marketing objectives. Contribute to retention and incremental growth of assigned accounts assisting with and/or preparing persuasive presentations, accurate estimates, and solution-based proposals. Identify, evaluate, and instantiate the onboarding new suppliers, ensuring a strong understanding of their capabilities and alignment with program needs. Develop client-facing report outs, ideation decks, and insights and collaborate with suppliers to quote new transactional and program opportunities. Maintain proactive communication with internal and external clients, gathering requirements, providing timely updates, and ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Manage approved quotes and projects through the order and delivery phases, overseeing supplier production, logistics, and overall client satisfaction for both transactional and program initiatives. Assist in overseeing inventory programs for clients, ensuring accuracy, availability, and efficient stock management. Participate in client engagements to identify and resolve transactional and program order issues, including involvement in the Quad Client Diagnostic process. Collaborate with internal business leaders to expand accounts by introducing new solutions services and identifying new growth opportunities. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field required. Experience: 5 years of experience and a proven track record of working with suppliers across print methods and product categories (In-Store Signage, Direct Mail, Commercial Print, and Print Logistics such as kitting, distribution planning, freight, and inventory/fulfillment). 5 years of experience working with clients on print marketing initiatives (experience in retail, consumer package-goods, apparel, beauty, and consumer services preferred). 3 years of experience purchasing and/or managing large print programs including relevant experience managing resources to deliver print solutions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Passionate about offering creative products and solutions to clients. Proactive mindset and keeps up with industry and consumer trends to deliver on-point offerings. This includes boilers and their support equipment, solvent recovery from press to the adsorbers, water treatment equipment (boilers and cooling towers), chillers, pumps, air compressors, low pressure air blowers, vacuum pumps, and the fire suppression system. The new hire will perform skilled mechanical maintenance work for a variety of systems with the primary responsibility being for boiler and solvent recovery systems. To contribute to the overall success of the department the operator will need to perform the following duties as well as others that are deemed necessary to maintain the operation. The position requires the operator to be able to perform the job responsibilities safety, efficiently, in accordance with DNR and EPA guidelines and regulations, and with minimal supervision. Boiler operation: Operate, adjust, shutdown and start-up equipment without supervision. Perform water testing and chemical treatment for boilers and cooling towers. Repair pumps & piping, repack valves and replace seals. Keep equipment logs up to date. Operate, maintain and control plant HPA, LPA and vacuum equipment. Operate, maintain and control solvent recovery systems. Generate reports for the EPA. Operate and control the chilled water for plant chiller operation. Monitor the fire protection system for the facility. Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED Completion of a maintenance program through a technical school is desirable. State license or certification desirable, but not currently required for systems in operation. Experience/Skills: Previous experience with building support systems a plus, including boilers, de-aerators, pumps, water softeners, reverse osmosis units, water treatment equipment, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, LPA blowers, vacuum pumps, and HVAC equipment Operation of equipment in solvent recovery including absorbers, condensers, decanters, exhaust analyzers, fans, cooling towers, water and solvent pumps also a plus but willing to train. Building Maintenance Technician – Building Systems Pay Range: $25.00 – $35.00 / hour Quad Sussex, WI is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operation of facility building systems and infrastructure . This role focuses on maintaining HVAC, plumbing, utilities, and general building systems to ensure a safe and reliable work environment. GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB The Offset plate / Gravure Cylinder Manufacturer is responsible for bending Web Offset printing plates for all presses in a specific location, helping with daily and weekly processor maintenance. Processing gravure cylinders, General maintenance and cleanup of the production areas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO Load and unload platemaking materials to and from equipment to bend all size plates for press Maintain platemaking equipment ( Including but not limited to daily and weekly processor maintenance, loading or trouble shooting errors. Check plates / Cylinders for Quality Track or move job components through production using Smart tools Cylinder stripping, electro-plating , engraving Load & unload, store and retrieve gravure cylinders using automated Work in Progress (W.I.P.) & Long Term Storage (LTS) systems and overhead cranes following appropriate work instructions Misc production duties, including cleaning and inspecting cylinders General cleanup of the area ( 6’s ) Experience: Previous manufacturing experience would help but not required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Basic working knowledge of computer systems used in Plate room ( Windows OS ) Basic Mechanical skills Flexible Work schedules necessary to meet the production needs – shifts and locations may vary.
