A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Vice President – Trading Floor Production Support Lead to oversee the production support function for a mission-critical front-office trading environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of trading platforms supporting structured finance and fixed income products. Working closely with Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams, the successful candidate will lead incident management, drive operational excellence, mitigate technology risk, and support continuous platform enhancements within a fast-paced, business-critical environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the production support function for front-office trading applications and related infrastructure. Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, reliable software solutions using modern engineering methodologies, programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure high availability and performance of trading systems through proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability practices. Serve as the primary technology partner for business stakeholders, coordinating timely resolution of production incidents and minimizing business impact. Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, including pricing, risk, settlements, and regulatory reporting. Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions. Strong knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems. Solid understanding of client-server architecture, distributed systems, scalability, and high-availability environments. R-2 Contractors is seeking an experienced and motivated Utility-Scale Vertical Drilling Superintendent to lead field operations performing drilled pier foundation construction on utility-scale power, renewable energy, transmission, and substation projects throughout the United States. This field leadership role is responsible for safely planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of drilled foundation construction while delivering exceptional quality, developing field leaders, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Working closely with Project Managers and Operations Leadership, the Vertical Drilling Superintendent oversees day-to-day drilling operations, including production planning, crew leadership, drilling equipment utilization, auguring, casing installation, spoil management, reinforcement placement, concrete coordination, quality control, scheduling, and customer coordination.
