You will work in a high-volume, automated environment ensuring medications are processed and shipped accurately to retail locations. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PHARMACY ASSISTANT | RESPONSIBILITIES: Shipping & Logistics: Process orders for shipping, including folding and packing paperwork with prescriptions. Sorting: Organize orders by store location and place them into totes for distribution. Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving, shipping, and loading products into delivery trucks. Workflow Efficiency: Maintain a consistent pace to meet daily production goals in an automated refill setting. Compliance: Adhere to all federal and state HIPAA laws and standard operating procedures to ensure patient privacy and safety. PHARMACY ASSISTANT | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Licensure: Must hold a Washington State DOH Pharmacy Assistant license (or be willing to apply for one immediately upon receiving a job offer) Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with 100% accuracy. Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of an 8-hour shift. Ability to lift and carry 20–25 lbs. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping. Take the Next Step!
