Position Overview The Fractional CFO will play a pivotal role in managing and directing the financial operations of Plutus Health Inc. This C‑suite executive will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing financial departments, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within the healthcare or RCM sector. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long‑term goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team to support decision‑making. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Financial Operations Management Oversee all financial departments, including Accounting, Reimbursement and Utilization Review. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports that reflect the company’s financial position. Manage resource allocation and prepare the annual budget. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely submission of financial data and associated reports. Direct the preparation and submission of payroll tax reports, public disclosure reports, and third‑party payer cost reports. Performance Analysis and Improvement Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Monitor financial and economic indicators to inform strategic planning and investment decisions. Report undesirable trends and potential business opportunities, providing actionable recommendations. Operational and Capital Planning Assist the CEO in developing long‑term and short‑term operational plans, including service demand analyses, resource availability analyses, and productivity assessments. Develop and manage operational and capital budgets in line with the company’s strategic objectives. Stakeholder Communication and Leadership Communicate financial performance and operational updates to senior administration and relevant stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and capabilities. Contract and Financial Arrangement Review Review contracts, purchase agreements, and other financial arrangements to ensure they align with the company’s business goals and profitability expectations. Maintain accuracy of the charge master and maximize net reimbursement for the facility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including roles such as Financial Controller, Assistant CFO, or VP of Finance. CPA or other relevant professional certifications preferred. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Key Responsibilities Investor Strategy & Communications Develop and execute Securitize’s global investor relations strategy, aligning messaging across growth, product innovation, regulatory positioning, and financial performance. Translate complex business models (tokenization, transfer agency, ATS, fund services) into clear, investor‑ready messaging. Investor Engagement & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, including institutional VCs, strategic investors, and financial partners. Manage inbound investor inquiries and proactively engage key stakeholders. Prepare executive leadership for investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences. Maintain a strong pulse on investor sentiment and feedback, surfacing insights to the executive team. Capital Markets & Strategic Initiatives Partner closely with the CFO and CEO on long‑term capital markets positioning, capital raises, and strategic financings, partnerships, and M&A narratives. Support diligence processes and data room readiness for financings and strategic transactions. Coordinate with Capital Markets, Business Development, and Product teams to align external messaging with commercial reality. Financial & Performance Narrative Work with Finance to develop and refine KPIs and performance metrics appropriate for a fintech/infrastructure platform. Develop revenue, growth, and unit economics narratives. Ensure consistency across investor materials, board decks, and internal reporting. Benchmark Securitize’s performance and positioning against relevant public and private comps. Governance, Compliance & Credibility Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all investor communications are accurate, compliant, and appropriately controlled. Support governance processes, including investor consents, information rights, and reporting obligations. Help build the foundation for public‑company‑grade investor relations. Qualifications Required 15 years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance. Prior experience in fintech, financial services, capital markets infrastructure, or digital assets. Proven track record engaging with institutional investors and boards. Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience at a late‑stage private company or public fintech. Exposure to public market IR.
