Support cost awareness by tracking labor headcounts and hours, reporting delivery issues or delays, and identifying inefficiencies that may impact cost. Partner with the Project Manager to flag scope changes, support change order documentation, identify value engineering opportunities, and help preserve or improve project fee and margin. Provide mentorship and guidance to Field Managers, General Foremen, and crews; support training, onboarding, and team development. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. Requirements Completion of an apprenticeship program, Construction Management degree, or equivalent field experience. 4–10 years of commercial construction field experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Proven ability to supervise field labor and manage trade partners across multiple scopes or project areas. Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, building techniques, and constructability. Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Basic to intermediate understanding of construction scheduling, including milestone tracking and look-ahead planning.
