Practice Info Supporting a nationally recognized heart and vascular program Located at PRIME Saint Joseph Medical Center, a 480-bed facility in Joliet, IL Features one of the country's leading cancer centers, a Level II emergency and trauma center, and three Healing Arts Pavilion treatment centers Anesthesia leadership fosters a cohesive, growth-oriented environment with ongoing opportunities for development Group includes both dedicated anesthesiologists and CRNAs at all stages of experience and tenure Works in a care team model focused on giving everyone a voice, supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence Responsibilities Case assignments include cardiac, thoracic, neuro, general, OB, and healthy peds Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures Pre-anesthesia assessment Obtains and/or verifies patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and performance of clinical intervention as needed Compensation Up to $560,000 in annual salary $75,000 sign-on bonus Loan repayment or training assistance program funding available Benefits Up to 10 weeks of paid time off (PTO) Generous benefits package, including: Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts 401(k) Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage Leadership and professional development opportunities Shift & Schedule Reach out to our team to learn more Requirements M.D./D.O.
