Position Overview : The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including strategic planning, operational finance, and private equity reporting. Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving financial performance improvements. Advanced expertise in P&L management, cash flow optimization, and strategic planning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with private equity partners, board members, and executive leadership. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead M&A processes, including due diligence and integration. Experience building and managing high-performing finance teams in hybrid work environments.
