Job Description Job Description Electricians Needed – 10 Openings | Austin, TX MUST be proficient in EMT conduit bending — this is a hard requirement We are hiring 10 experienced Electricians for commercial and industrial projects in the Austin, TX area. This role is conduit-bending intensive . Candidates must be able to lay out and execute nearly all EMT bends accurately and independently, with little to no supervision. If you cannot confidently bend EMT, this is not the right fit. Position Overview The Electrician will be responsible for bending, routing, and installing EMT conduit, pulling wire, reading electrical drawings, and supporting electrical installation work on active job sites. We're looking for hands-on benders who can read a print, calculate their bends, and produce clean, code-compliant runs the first time. EMT Conduit Bending — What You Must Be Able to Do You should be proficient with a hand bender and comfortable executing: 90-degree stub-ups (to exact height) Back-to-back bends Offsets (all common angles — 10°ree;, 22.5°ree;, 30°ree;, 45°ree;, 60°ree;) Three-point saddles Four-point saddles Kicks Parallel and concentric bends Segmented/large-radius bends You should know your bender's take-up and shrink figures cold and be able to calculate and lay out bends from prints without supervision. Additional Job Duties Bend EMT using hand benders; use mechanical and hydraulic benders for larger sizes as needed Measure, cut, ream, and route conduit per job specifications Pull wire, terminate connections, and support panel/equipment installations Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts Install electrical boxes, panels, fixtures, supports, and related components Troubleshoot basic electrical installation issues Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all site safety procedures, electrical codes, and company standards Work independently and as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule Requirements 3–5 years of electrical experience required Proficiency in EMT conduit bending is mandatory — candidates will be screened on bending knowledge Commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred Ability to read tape measures, prints, and basic electrical drawings Must have own basic hand tools (including hand bender preferred) Reliable transportation required Ability to lift, bend, climb, stand, and work in various job site conditions Must be dependable and able to work scheduled hours Pay Rate $25.00 up to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and bending proficiency Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday Overtime available — steady opportunity to put in extra hours and grow your weekly paycheck Location Austin, TX and surrounding job sites Why Apply?
