Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment. Strong Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production systems. Proven experience leading process improvements and technical projects. Proficiency with engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation. Strong data analysis and statistical problem-solving skills. Preferred: Exposure to HVAC manufacturing or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical, or defense). Experience with automation, robotics, CNC machining, assembly lines, and complex manufacturing systems. Lean Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification. Key Competencies Leadership and technical mentoring. Structured problem solving. Continuous improvement mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
