THE POSITION: We are seeking an energetic, patient-centered Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our ICU team in a PRN capacity . In this vital role, you will help manage critical care emergencies and life-support systems within our high-acuity Level III Trauma Intensive Care Unit. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive daily rounding on a multidisciplinary ICU patient panel. Collaborate closely with attending Intensivists and care team members to diagnose, manage, and implement aggressive care plans for complex cases. Safely perform essential inpatient critical care procedures and bedside interventions. Provide adaptive, high-quality coverage to meet unit census demands and scheduling needs. REQUIREMENTS : Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain). Two or more years of dedicated advanced practice experience in an ICU or high-acuity critical care environment.
