Must be able to climb a ladder at times carrying about 15 lbs (?) (weight of a 1/15 HP motor with blower wheel attached). Must have electrical knowledge and able to work with electricity such as wiring, motors, light fixtures, running conduit, replacing motors and working around electronic control boards. Must be able to climb stairs onto the roof once every month to clean filters and wash out A/C units and make repairs as needed. Must be able to climb a ladder.
