About the Department: Seeking two-full time APPs to join our growing Cardiology team, which includes one dedicated General/Non-Invasive Physician and two Advanced Practice Providers who collaborate closely to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The Department offers early detection and screening programs, an outpatient chest pain center, and advanced cardiovascular techniques. Including a fully equipped diagnostic center that includes nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and vascular ultrasound. As part of Rush Health, Rush Copley partners with Rush University Medical Center to provide its patients with access to specialized services, including cardio-oncology, advanced heart failure, and structural heart disease. Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to assess, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular conditions. Perform patient evaluations, coordinate care transitions, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Schedule: Average 40 patient-facing hours per week inpatient APPs will enhance inpatient access and continuity of care, supporting both acute and long-term management of cardiac patients across the continuum of care. Preferred Qualifications: Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
