The ideal candidate will have prior clinical experience, particularly in cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery (CTS), and an interest in managing complex cardiovascular patients. Working alongside cardiologists, APPs, and other members of the multidisciplinary team, the APP will provide comprehensive anticoagulation management, patient education, medication monitoring, and longitudinal follow-up. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive academic health system while providing high-quality, accessible care through a combination of in-person and virtual care.
