Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Must hold a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, and meet all state board of nursing requirements. Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly Prolonged standing and walking during shifts Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire Additional certifications may be required based on unit, or obtained within department timeframe: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific certifications Preferred Qualifications: Education, licensure, experience, and certifications may vary by unit and are preferred but not required We're bringing to life a healing ministry through compassionate care.
