Now Hiring – Industrial Electrician (All Levels) Based in Rochester, NY (Travel to Job Sites) Full-Time $27–$55/hr (based on experience) We’re working with a growing industrial services company looking to bring on Industrial Electricians at all experience levels — from those early in their career to highly skilled, lead-level electricians. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and being part of different projects, this is a strong opportunity with room to grow. What you’ll be doing: • Installing and wiring electrical systems (conduit, panels, motors, drives, etc.) • Troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment • Reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings • Using meters and testing equipment to diagnose issues • Supporting machine builds and system installs • Working alongside engineers, project teams, and other trades Experience levels: • Entry / L1–L2: Assist with installs, learn systems, build hands-on experience • Mid-Level / L3: Work more independently on installs, troubleshooting, and layout • Senior / L4–L5: Lead jobs, mentor others, handle complex installs and problem-solving Good fit if you have: • Electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or construction settings • Experience with conduit, wiring, motor controls, or power distribution • Ability to read electrical prints and follow job specs • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Comfortable working in the field (indoor/outdoor environments) What to expect: • Variety of projects (plants, facilities, equipment installs) • Clear path to grow into higher-level roles • Overtime available depending on workload This is a great role whether you’re looking to get started or step into a lead-level position and take more ownership in the field.
