Apartment Maintenance Supervisor A maintenance supervisor is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. General Production Laborer – 1st Shift Location: Chardon, OH Pay Range: $16–$20/hour (based on experience) Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Contract to Hire Key Responsibilities: Visually inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Use buffing wheels to remove burrs and clean metal components Stamp part numbers on products of various sizes Perform assembly and bending processes on metal components Complete and document inspections throughout production and assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For: Previous manufacturing experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated with a strong drive for results Good communication skills and team collaboration Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the entire shift without additional breaks Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings Ready to get to work?
