Act as an employee relations representative for concerns involving associate issues such as harassment and discrimination claims. Receive initial associate complaint reports, conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions. Accurately and thoroughly document investigations. Liaise with Park security and law enforcement in any criminal matters. Serves as Human Resources Manager On-Duty as scheduled with responsibilities for conducting employment investigations, coaching managers and divisional leaders and reviewing requests for dismissal.
