POSITION SUMMARY: The Traffic Control Technician II is responsible for setting up and taking down lane closures and ensuring the safety of assigned traffic control projects. This role involves performing lane closures on state highways and other roadways, redirecting traffic for workers or survey crews, and working independently or as part of a traffic control crew. Additionally, the role also involves assembling, delivering, and picking up safety products from job sites, following contractor directions. Position arrow boards or variable message boards in work areas. Set up traffic cones and other traffic safety devices in work areas. Monitor the work zone throughout the shift to ensure items remain in their proper locations. Collect and load traffic control items at the beginning and end of shifts. Install, remove, and reset delineators, signs, posts, and supports. Perform shop work, including general maintenance and repair of equipment. Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Valid Driver’s License. 1-3 years of experience and 2,000 in field hours in traffic control. Must be able to pass a background check, including motor vehicle records check. Must successfully pass a drug test and meet federal DOT requirements. Wear proper safety equipment (work boots with safety toe, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest). Basic reading and writing ability to comply with road signs, complete paperwork, and knowledge of federal and state motor carrier safety regulations. Must be able to read plans and ensure traffic control plans are implemented and maintained. Good knowledge of state and local roadways and experience operating delivery vehicles of varying sizes. Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds. Must successfully complete the ATSSA TCT intermediate training course. Willingness to travel statewide, with occasional overnight stays, and ability to work nights and weekends as required by projects. Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the applicable state(s) of practice. Hydrogeologist

Job Summary Reporting to the Water Resources Manager, the Hydrogeologist is responsible for providing technical expertise and support related to groundwater and surface water management for NewRange Copper Nickel’s mining projects. This role supports study development, project execution, and field investigations through hydrogeologic analysis, water management planning, and regulatory alignment. The Hydrogeologist contributes to the development of water management strategies, supports hydrogeologic modeling and analysis, and ensures that water-related risks, costs, and operational requirements are clearly understood and integrated into project planning and decision-making. Responsibilities Hydrogeologic Analysis & Technical Support Perform hydrogeologic assessments, including groundwater and surface water analysis, to support project studies and design. Compile, analyze, and interpret hydrogeologic data, including groundwater levels, flow systems, water quality, and hydrologic conditions. Support development and application of hydrogeologic and hydrologic models to evaluate site conditions and project scenarios. Support responsible water stewardship practices aligned with regulatory requirements and company commitments. Contribute to planning and design analyses, providing recommendations related to dewatering, water management, and closure strategies. Water Management & Project Integration Support development of site-wide water management plans, including water balance, handling, storage, and reuse strategies. Collaborate with mine engineering, geology, geotechnical, environmental, permitting and operations teams to integrate water management into project design. Assist in evaluating impacts of mine design and operational activities on groundwater and surface water systems. Support identification of risks and opportunities related to water management, including cost, schedule, and operational impacts. Modeling, Data Management & Reporting Support the development, calibration, and review of hydrogeologic models. Prepare technical reports, studies, and documentation related to groundwater basins, water systems, and project water strategies. Ensure hydro(geo)logic and water quality data are accurately collected, maintained, and applied to support project decisions. Regulatory Compliance & Support Support compliance with applicable water management regulations, permits, and approvals. Assist in preparation of regulatory submissions and technical documentation. Provide technical input to support engagement with regulators and internal stakeholders. Contract & Consultant Coordination Support scope development and technical review of consultant work related to hydrogeology and water management. Review technical deliverables to ensure alignment with project requirements, standards, and objectives. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to water management in mining environments. Experience in preparing and reviewing technical reports and studies for internal and external stakeholders. Professional designation in Minnesota State (e.g., P.G. or P.E.), or ability to acquire is considered an asset.
