Location: Onsite listed in the posting SUMMARY The Treasury Management (TM) Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting a team of TM Sales Officers and ensuring the smooth implementation of all Treasury products. This position is expected to meet with assigned clients on a weekly basis during the implementation to execute the agreed upon contract, build relationships, provide client training, and ensure client satisfaction. This position plays a key role in the end-to-end complex customer implementation function for Treasury Management Services and is critical to a high quality on-boarding customer experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop client-by-client project plans to meet commitments in their service level agreement plans Perform requirement gathering, documentation, communication, and attend recurring meetings to meet program goals as required by product and implementation type Proactively coordinate multiple resources to ensure clients' objectives are met Act as a liaison between internal operational partners and customers (throughout the implementation process Accurate and proactively provide program updates to customer and internal account manager Proactively identify and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure clients' objectives are met Provide initial system training for new customers Implement Treasury Services including: verification of documentation, adding services to platforms, reviewing set ups for accuracy, and training the client. Perform other duties as assigned Responsible for playing a key role and leading the end-to-end client implementation process for Treasury Management Services utilizing project management skill set Accountable for running large onboarding projects with clients beginning to end Candidates should have working knowledge of complex TM products and services, such as Lockbox, Positive Pay, Image Cash Letter, and ACH NACHA files Ability to convey technical information in a way that is easy for others to understand Assist sales team in their business development efforts by providing product implementation expertise, develop project implementation plans and lead all phases of the implementation process including pre and post implementation support Ability to define project scope and deliverables from a business and data/IT perspective that support business goals Assist in direct bottom line impact by fast-tracking new revenue flow and positively influencing customer satisfaction by delivering a superior on-boarding experience Analyzes training requests and proposes solutions Partner with Treasury Management Sales, Relationship team (Relationship Managers (RMs), Customer Relationship Assistants (CRAs) and Support) and TM Operations to ensure a smooth hand-off of service implementation Maintain a high level understanding and ability to navigate across the bank's internal and customer facing systems Sets, manages and effectively communicates project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans Possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and communicate in a clear, concise manner Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of TM products, processes and technologies Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
