Pediatric Private Duty LPN - One-on-One Home Care Brandon, FL Immediate Weekend Opportunity If you're looking for a nursing position where you can focus on one patient instead of juggling an entire assignment, we'd love to meet you. We're hiring a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric client in Brandon, FL. You'll become an important part of the care team while helping a child remain safely at home. Current Opening Location: Brandon, FL Patient: Pediatric Male Schedule: Saturday, Sunday & Monday Hours: 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM (parent is flexible) What You'll Do Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home. Administer medications and G-tube feedings. Monitor respiratory status, GI status, neurological status, and overall condition. Assess for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the supervising RN and physician. Complete routine nursing assessments and accurate electronic documentation. Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate. Support and educate caregivers while following the established plan of care. We're Looking For Active Florida LPN license Current BLS/CPR certification Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Home health, pediatric, or private duty experience preferred At least 2 years of experience with G-tube care and medication administration preferred Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and independent decision-making Excellent communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation and active auto insurance Why Nurses Choose Us We are a nurse-owned and operated home health agency that understands what nurses need to succeed.
