You will lead and oversee the month-end close process, maintain accurate financial records, support audit and reporting requirements, integrate accounting with operational and inventory management, and assist in financial planning, analysis, and process improvements. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing, dynamic company with significant growth and career advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Lead month-end GL entries and oversee monthly close process. · Maintain and update accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations schedules. · Support preparation of financial statements and perform variance analysis. · Record and review daily accounting transactions and integrate with operations. · Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational finance alignment. · Work within ERP and other accounting systems to manage and review financial data. · Create and maintain accurate accounting documentation and reports. · Support inventory-heavy operations with reconciliations and reporting. · Research and resolve complex accounting transactions. · Assist with year-end audit preparation and other regulatory requirements. · Participate in continuous improvement and ERP implementation initiatives. · Performs other duties as assigned by the Controller.
